SERENDA
Serenda is a London-based artist of Guyanese and Greek heritage, known for her rich sound that is rooted in house but not confined by it. Her sets fold between soulful depth and experimental edge, carrying a visceral power - always executed with a bold, contemporary vision. Serenda lives at the intersection of contrast.
Her deep Afro-diasporic roots and ritual-rich heritage exist in dynamic tension with city life. This paradox shaped her worldview and her sound. It’s from this friction that her perspective emerges: soulful, sensual and emotionally charged. Her sets draw on the “timeless mindless states” of Mancuso’s The Loft parties, unfolding as rituals that don’t smooth chaos but work with it. Her sets are grounded in rhythm and instinct, built less around genre than sensation. She blends percussive, sensual house, and organic textures - crafting dance floors that feel immersive, visceral and emotionally charged.

A regular presence in London’s underground, she's also deeply inspired by time spent in New York, where the experimental sound and unfiltered expression mirror her own ethos. Serenda plays with pressure and release. Her sets often unfold with a measured intensity, but she’s never afraid to disrupt the flow with something raw, off-kilter, or emotionally direct. There’s a willingness to take risks that push the room into stranger, rawer territory. Her sets move fluidly between emotional restraint and sudden rupture always edging into new emotional terrain. Her fascination with world-building and quantum physics runs through everything she creates. From layered sound design to carefully crafted visual storytelling,
